Why I Created This
I’m going to be completely honest with you…I want you to stop with all the complicated practices and forceful “release everything” sessions. The wellness world thrives on this constant chasing—because it keeps you coming back for more. Our nervous systems are exhausted just trying to keep up with our own healing.
But here’s the truth after almost 15 years in the wellness world: you don’t need another purge or practice. You don’t need to extract your life experiences—you need to welcome expansion around them.Â
When I finally learned somatics for the female nervous system, everything shifted. For years, I studied and taught every healing modality you can think of—but my body still didn’t know how to let it all move through me. I was stuck in my head—analyzing, writing, discussing—without real integration.
I was trying so hard to “do healing right”—diving into shadow emotions, forcing myself to feel it all—without considering safety, sensation, or how my female nervous system actually worked. I was working against my body’s nature, pushing cathartic experiences that left me more depleted than whole.
